How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at to receive an RMA and details prior to returning an item.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds for orders where customer received the correct goods will be charged a 10% restocking fee, and your credit balance will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. All returns must include the original delivery note, packaging and include the reason for return. When choosing your return shipping service, note we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
